Photo sharing app Instagram has overtaken Twitter for the first time. Across mobile phones in the US during August, Instagram received an average of 7.3 million daily visitors, while Twitter attracted 6.9 million users, a new report by ComScore said.

It also found users spent more time on the photo-sharing site than those who visited Twitter.Instagram visitors spent an average of 257 minutes on the site via mobile phones in August, while those logging on to Twitter spent an average of 170 minutes viewing the site.

It is the first time that Instagram has pulled ahead of rival Twitter. Mike Isaac of AllThingsD said the deal is a big step for Instagram.

‘For a number of reasons, this is a pretty big deal,’ he wrote.

‘That the barely two-year-old Instagram could rocket up in user engagement and retention in such a short amount of time, eventually surpassing Twitter in the process, speaks to the sheer momentum of the photo-sharing product.’

However, the number of unique visitors to Twitter across the whole of August was higher than for Instagram, with Twitter recording 29 million unique visitors to the site, compared to Instagram who received almost 22 million.

Paul Okoye Reveals The Woman In His Life: “Na She Dey Sweet Pass” He Says

Most of us know Peter Okoye’s lover is Lola Omotayo and infact, they have a son together and a second is already in the offing but what most of us do not know is Paul’s lover, if he even has any. But all that is about to change as the dashing singer has let the general public in on his love life – the woman wey must chop him money!

All he has told us is her name, Anita – nothing much but which in itself is a big revelation. How many of us, especially men who are ‘ladies men’ can emphatically declare our love for the one true woman in our life? So when next you hear the name Anita mentioned in a song by Psquare, listen very well Because you just might hear the rest of the story there.

Anyways, here’s what Paul has to say about Anita:I started dating her when I was nobody and today, she has become part of me. She is my best friend and I am not seeing her as my girlfriend because she is more than that. If it were somebody I met when my career is blooming, I am sure we would have been having problems. But she is somebody who doesn’t bother about who I am. She has this belief of do your own thing and let me do mine. She is a nice person even though every woman has her fault. She is in fact the best thing and the worst thing. When I say best, she is the best thing that makes me happy but she is also the only thing that makes me sad. Whenever she does something that hurts, it will hurt me the more. If we both have a quarrel, the pain is worse. Na she dey sweet pass and at the same time, na she dey pain pass.”

Apple apologises for map application glitch

CEO Tim Cook says company is “extremely sorry” and asks users to use alternate map apps in the interim.

Apple’s CEO Tim Cook says the company is “extremely sorry” for the frustration its Maps application has caused and it is doing everything it can to make it better. He said in a letter posted online on Friday that Apple “fell short” of its commitment to make the best products for its customers.”Everything we do at Apple is aimed at making our products the best in the world. We know that you expect that from us, and we will keep working non-stop until Maps lives up to the same incredibly high standard,” he said.

In the meantime, Cook recommended that people use competing map applications to get around. The Cupertino, California, company released an update to its iPhone and iPad operating system last week that replaced Google Maps with Apple’s own map application. But users complained that the new map software offers fewer details, lacks public transit directions and misplaces landmarks, among other problems.

Unusual misstep

Users have been flocking to social media to complain and make fun of the app’s glitches.

It is an unusual misstep for Apple, the world’s most valuable company. Apple prides itself on releasing best-of-class products.

Cook said Apple’s Maps will get better as more people use the app and provide feedback.

Even so, he recommended some options.”While we’re improving Maps, you can try alternatives by downloading map apps from the App Store like Bing, MapQuest and Waze, or use Google or Nokia maps by going to their websites and creating an icon on your home screen to

their web app,” Cook wrote.Apple released the iPhone 5 last week and on Monday it said it sold more than five million of them in three days. That was fewer than analysts expected, even though the number is a record for any phone.

Sex Life:Sex and Money Should Never be Mix Up.

I want to state it here that sex and money should never be mix up. The only way it can mix up is during prostitute and customer transaction. Am so ashamed for lot of girls that say cos men demand for sex they must the demand for money. Here is the fillers; after all said and done now what will you do if  your man stop giving you money cos you feel you are billing him for service render to him? I know you girls will say I will take a walk but let me ask you how many man will shuffle you all in the name of looking for a generous or as you all love to called it “responsible man”? Will you now “as smartening up measure” demand money well ahead of the guy demand for sex? And if you do so how are you any different from the harlots in the street. Or if your guy stop demanding sex and stop paying your due too what will you do? In anyway just be careful and be content with what your guy can afford. Its a war that’s lopsided a girl can always stop giving sex if his guy didn’t have anymore to give but the girl can look elsewhere. Question is you can’t ever erase the fact that he is now counted among the men that have layed you. However if that one didn’t bother you but be remind there is danger in jumping from man to man. Guys pleases if that girl didn’t have any means take care of her with the little you have and girls please shun the mindset that you do guys favor whenever sex take place after all study shows it women enjoy it more, almost on the scale of 70+30
